Multiple endocrine neoplasia (MEN) syndromes are hereditary cancer predisposition disorders defined by tumours, often synchronous or metachronous, in two or more endocrine glands. The currently recognised subtypes are MEN type 1, MEN type 2 and MEN type 4.
