Overview
BAP1 tumour predisposition syndrome (BAP1-TPDS) is an inherited multi-cancer predisposition involving the skin, eye, kidney, pleura and peritoneum. Characteristic tumours include uveal melanoma, malignant mesothelioma, cutaneous melanoma, renal cell carcinoma, and BAP1-inactivated melanocytic skin lesions, with adult onset.
