Overview
Nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome (NBCCS), also known as Gorlin syndrome, is an inherited syndrome characterized by multiple basal cell carcinomas, jaw keratocysts, ectopic falx calcification, distinctive craniofacial features, palmar and plantar pits, and a predisposition to various malignancies, including childhood medulloblastoma.
