Fumarate hydratase (FH) tumour predisposition syndrome (hereditary leiomyomatosis and renal cell cancer, HLRCC) is an inherited predisposition to cutaneous and uterine leiomyomata and an aggressive form of renal cell carcinoma, with rare pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma in selected families.
