PGx cardiovascular
This panel analyses pharmacogenes that influence commonly used cardiovascular therapies, including anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, statins and beta-blockers. Covered genes are CYP2C9, VKORC1, CYP4F2, CYP2C19, SLCO1B1, ABCG2 and CYP2D6. Results are reported as genotype together with the corresponding metaboliser phenotype, transporter-function status or risk-marker classification, where applicable. The included genes can be analysed either as part of the panel or individually for specific indications.
