RASopathies are a clinically related group of monogenic developmental disorders caused by germline pathogenic variants in components of the RAS/MAPK signalling pathway. Shared features include characteristic facies, short stature, congenital heart disease, ectodermal and musculoskeletal anomalies, and variable neurodevelopmental involvement.
