One harmonised workflow. Multiple clinical applications.
The TarCET portfolio has been designed around a harmonised workflow architecture that enables laboratories to implement a broad range of molecular diagnostic assays without introducing multiple independent laboratory processes.
While certain applications, such as PGT, require dedicated sample preparation, TarCET Kits converge into a common library preparation, target capture enrichment, sequencing, and bioinformatics workflow. This approach simplifies implementation, standardises laboratory operations, and reduces training requirements across multiple clinical disciplines.
Compatible TarCET Kits can be multiplexed within the same sequencing run, allowing laboratories to consolidate testing across different clinical applications while maximising sequencing capacity and instrument utilisation.
Beyond cross-indication multiplexing within the TarCET portfolio, compatible TarCET Kits can also be multiplexed with the VERACITY NIPT Solution, allowing laboratories to consolidate prenatal screening and targeted molecular diagnostics within the same sequencing workflow. This integrated approach maximises sequencing efficiency, improves instrument utilisation, and supports a scalable in-house testing strategy.
