We seek to recruit a highly motivated individual, for the position of Supply Chain Specialist to join our dynamic and diverse department.
The successful candidate reports to the Supply Chain Manager, who will provide guidance and support for professional growth and success, and will be based in Nicosia.
Profile of the ideal candidate
The successful candidate will possess strong organizational, customer service and communication skills. They will provide support in warehousing, materials handling, order fulfillment, inventory control and vendors.
You will be responsible for:
• Be detail-oriented team player with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Prepare purchase orders to vendors and confirms delivery date, quantity ordered and price correctness
• Track orders and ensures timely delivery
• Expedite delivery of goods to users
• Obtain price quotes from vendors and prepares evaluations
• Process invoices and other related to orders documents for payments/ archiving including reconciliation of purchase orders versus invoices
• Update internal databases with order details (vendors, skus data, dates)
• Monitor stock levels as needed physically and through the stock control module of the ERP
• Run reports to help the determination of stock needs for the preparation of the departmental forecasts and/or supporting other departments/ customers, i.e., Finance Department
• Serve as liaison between the company and the vendor in order to address requirements, non-conformance, delivery and invoice issues
• Participate in the preparation of all internal and external audits (SOPs/ ISO etc.)
• Support all supply chain procedures, ensures compliance with laws, regulations, ISO requirements and help improve company policies related to supply chain
Your profile:
• University degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field will be considered an advantage
• No more than 3 years of experience
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Working experience as a Supply Chain Assistant / Purchasing Assistant / Buyer will be considered as an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems will be considered as an advantage

We seek to recruit a Laboratory Technologist to join our dynamic team of experts in the Clinical Services Department. This is a great opportunity for an early-career scientist who wants to grow in the genetics field.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in our modern facilities in Nicosia and will report to the Laboratory Senior Manager, Medicover Genetics.
You will be responsible for:
• Conduct laboratory tests and experiments under the supervision of senior staff, when required, ensuring compliance with established protocols and safety procedures
• Follow administrative decisions/directives and requirements as instructed
• Conduct routine maintenance and operate laboratory equipment, troubleshooting any issues as needed to ensure proper functionality
• Requisition and maintain inventory of laboratory supplies, reagents, and other consumables, ensuring they are adequately stocked and available for use
• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including proper disposal of hazardous materials
• Assist in the development and validation of new test methods and laboratory procedures, while collaborating with team members and other departments to support research and project goals
• Maintain and update laboratory records and documentation in compliance with internal and external regulations
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior laboratory staff or trainees
• Possess knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines and standards (e.g., ISO) and ensure adherence to accreditation requirements
Your profile:
• BSc or MSc degree in Biological Science or in a closely related field
• At least 2 year of laboratory experience in the field of molecular biology or human genetics will be considered an advantage
• Ability to be proactive, plan and prioritize tasks across multiple projects
• Ability to work will with a team as well as independently
• Enthusiastic attitude and good communication skills
• Superior problem-solving skills addressing multi-part problems
• Must be fluent in Greek and English languages both written and spoken

The Medicover Genetics Business Unit is seeking, for market growth opportunities, a sales specialist for technology transfer focused on the Middle East market. The role is accountable for technology transfer opportunities of genetic testing in the region. It is a growing business where Medicover Genetics offers regulated lab licensing for multiple therapeutics, enabling in house clinical genetics. Therefore, project management skills, strategic thinking, planning, presenting, and problem solving, are key skills required. The candidate is expected to focus on complex deals, customer networking, regulatory aspects and lab support.
This role will report to the Director of Sales, Medicover Genetics and the successful candidate will work remotely from the Middle East/Turkey/Egypt.
You will be responsible for:
• Creating and presenting weekly and quarterly regional forecasts
• Building strategic plan to grow short term and long term plans
• Identifying and supporting new markets opportunities
• Building relationships with customers to promote penetration, retention and loyalty
• Delivering on sales targets and plan
• Prioritizing projects and resources
• Identifying and nurturing Key Opinion Leaders
• Providing market intelligence that influences the strategic plan
• Identifying competitor activities and develop tactical activities
• Coordinating with Marketing to deliver updates
• Tracking and regularly reporting on progress of sales and key opportunities to Sales Management
• Participating in process and operation improvement opportunities
• Responding to internal and external inquiries

Your profile:
• Masters in Molecular Biology or related field
• Solid background in Genetics
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Commercial acumen and strong desire to meet and exceed targets
• Independently motivated by driving and achieving success
• Min 5 years sales experience in life science environment, and complex deal experience
• Fluent in English – written and spoken skills
• Ability and willingness to travel (up to 50% of working time), valid driver’s license
